The 1975‘s Matty Healy and Phoebe Bridgers made surprise appearances at Monday’s Ally Coalition Talent Show benefit concert in New York City, Stereogum reports.
The lineup for this year’s edition of the annual show, which was hosted by Jack and Rachel Antonoff, was kept under wraps ahead of time. Along with Healy and Bridgers, other artists who joined the Bleachers frontman during the event include Phish frontman Trey Anastasio, Lucy Dacus and Weyes Blood.
The Antonoffs founded the Ally Coalition in support of LBGTQ+ youth. The 2022 Talent Show marked the eighth edition of the benefit, which returned to in-person this year after missing 2021 and going virtual in 2020.
